At Jecknex Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel your order, and we’ve created a simple and transparent cancellation policy to make the process easier for you.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email by contacting us at support@jecknex.store.
If your cancellation request is received after 24 hours, a 35% deduction from the total paid amount will apply.
If your request is made after 48 hours, a 50% deduction will be made.
After five (5) days from the order confirmation date, cancellations will no longer be accepted, as the order will have entered the production or dispatch phase.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may still utilize our 30-day easy return policy to return the item and receive your refund after the product is received and inspected.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
